My approach is person centered, focused on the therapeutic relationship and a healing space. I use various techniques/approaches depending on what is the best fit for you. This will be adapted together over the course of counseling. My practice includes a strong focus on supporting the development of self care skills.
I use complementary methods such as guided relaxation/meditation for those interested.

I primarily see individuals, both adolescents and adults (12 and older).
