My Therapy Practice
Most people arrive in therapy wanting to experience something in their lives differently. Together we will look at the various ways to support life challenges and life dreams. Some parts we may look at include belief systems, thought patterns, and the places where we feel stuck or blocked. I practice from a holistic perspective so we will look at all aspects of how you are taking care of your mind/body system. Trapped energy and traumatic patterns get stored in the body, so to heal we must address all layers of our system. My goal is to hold a space for you to feel comfortable and safe and guide you in your own process. My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to the individual needs of the person I'm working with.
I have been in private practice since 2008. Outside of the office, I spend lots of time enjoying the Vermont outdoors and cozy indoor time with my family. Music, dancing, and long walks in the woods .... My approach to life and my professional practice is grounded in a deep understanding of what it means to be human. With intention we all have an immense capacity for learning and growth.
