My therapy practice also has a focus on supporting all aspects of a woman's experience during pregnancy and new motherhood. Emotional well-being during this time is essential for mother and baby.
I work with women who have concerns about being able to conceive. Counseling can be helpful to work through emotions and support the body for conception.
The journey to motherhood isn’t always a simple one.
I also work with women to support healing from pregnancy loss. Women often feel very alone in this experience. It’s important to be able to process and grieve this loss in order to heal.
This amazing new time may feel overwhelming and confusing due to both physical and emotional demands. Unexpected feelings may arise. Working through these feelings is important to support emotional well-being.
I also welcome two parents coming in together to support the beginning of parenting.
